Contact
This website has no contact form. A form would have to process input, be protected against abuse and be stored somewhere, all of which contradicts the approach of this site.

Why there is no form
The converters store nothing. Running an input mask next to them that does exactly that would be inconsistent. Questions are therefore answered by email.
When you report a bug
It helps to include the source format, the approximate file size and pixel dimensions, the browser and version you used, and the message the converter displayed. Please do not send confidential images: these details are usually enough to describe a bug.
When an image will not convert
First check whether the image is animated: animated WebP files are rejected by design. For very large images the 32 megapixel limit applies. The converter reports both directly on the file.
